We drove through Botswana wanting to spend time in the numerous wonderful places along the route; we decided that we will have to make an extended safari through Southern Africa in the future.

The border post at Kazungula to Zambia was crowded with a queue of heavy vehicles of more than 1 km long, al waiting to cross with the ferry. We turned around and opted to travel through Zimbabwe to Livingstone in Zambia.
